Well, here we are ! Web Analytics is a rather interesting field. I learn something new everyday and enjoy the process of working with various clients to nail some of the pesky questions almost all web site managers face. My intent is to use this blog as a space to share my ideas and also as a sounding board to toss various ideas around the community. It is also a personal repository of all things I find useful on the web, like my links page, hoping that others will find nuggets of useful info somewhere.

More importantly, it is a test bed for various ideas. It is intriguing the kinds of things I have learnt in the short period I started building this blog. Initially, I wanted to hire a pro to design and build the site. After getting scared away with crazy quotes, I decided to do it myself! So I charged head first into the morass of CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress , plugins and even some cool custom hacks for Google Analytics. Besides being time consuming, it is a huge refresher course for any Web Analyst to get under the hood and tinker about.
